From software implementation, client on-boarding and business transformation efforts, our program managers are relied on to drive success through planning, vision, consensus building and accountability. Stephen Maines - Acting as cross program manager to support runbook within a middle office transformation program, Stephen is tasked with coordination across business leaders, technology initiatives and multiple stakeholders.  As a result of his expertise in accounting and program management, Stephen was also recently called on to run the firm's disaster recovery test with its software partner Eagle.  Stephen is relied on to bring his experience and expertise to drive milestones and accountability to tie multiple projects together in order to ensure the program is on time and on budget.

Stephen has over 25 years of financial services industry experience.  He has worked for investment managers, custodians and investment software vendors.  He has extensive exposure to both operational and systems issues, offshore development practices and has a strong technical background.  Stephen provides program management, project management, and systems development methodology and execution expertise.   With Olmstead Associates, Stephen has worked at BNY Mellon, Mass Mutual, Western Asset Management, Fidelity Investments, Bank of America and State Street. In addition to Olmstead Associates, Stephen has worked for Liberty Funds, Thomson Financial, National Computer Systems, Advisor Technology Services, Mellon Trust and SunGard.
Many of our Project Managers are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. All of them have the education of experience and domain expertise. The securities industry, investment instruments, workflows and business processes are complex. Bob Wilson - Acting as project manager for a client reporting implementation, Bob is leading the effort to automate our client's Institutional business across the enterprise on to SimCorp's Coric reporting solution. With over 20 years of experience,  Juan has  integrated various market data feeds, front and back office systems to these platforms for local and global implementations.  Juan’s knowledge of market data vendor architectures and enterprise data management platforms have been leveraged at vendors including Charles River Development, GoldenSource Corp and Sungard Securities Finance as well as asset management firms including Pioneer Investments, Loomis Sayles and Liberty Mutual Investments.  Juan's deep understanding of data and the broader implications throughout the trade lifecycle for buy side firms are a differentiator.

John Brigham - Acting as business systems analyst on an IBOR initiative, John is utilizing his in-depth trade processing experience to define requirements.  These requirements include executed trade details, workflows, trade enrichment, standard XML formatting and processing of normalized trades to middle office service providers for implementing a trade hub application.  John is doing this work in collaboration with members of the client's IBOR team and external development team.

John has had extensive exposure to both operational and technology solutions within these business areas and has provided application selection, project management for software conversions, software upgrades, process analysis and re-design. John has worked for BNY Mellon, Brown Brothers, Fidessa Latent Zero, Columbia Management, State Street and Mellon Private Asset Management. She has extensive experience as a project lead and business analyst for back-office integrations, system implementation, performance measurement and client reporting process improvement projects, as well as subject matter expert for operations on multiple accounting system implementations.
