Olmstead is comfortable providing services across the delivery spectrum from deliverable-based project ownership to augmenting a client initiative with a specific skillset.  Clients will typically leverage our associates to provide Project Management, Business Analysis and System Design, and QA and Testing Services.

Olmstead was engaged to help develop, build and deploy an investment operations platform to support clients' current recordkeeping business and its acquisition strategy. Olmstead provided program oversight, manage the migration of assets and coordinate the activities between the client and divesting firm. Olmstead roles included Program/Project Manager, Subject Matter Experts, Senior Investment Operations professionals and Migration Manager.
Olmstead was engaged to develop the client's future state roadmap for performance measurement, attribution, risk and analytics, documenting current state, identifying future state based on requirements and business need and proposing solutions. Our Subject Matter Experts worked closely with executive leadership, investment managers, portfolio managers and operational stakeholders to define the roadmap, detail vendor capabilities relative to requirements and provided a better understanding of processes, tools, data sources, models and methodologies employed by investment and portfolio managers.
Olmstead was engaged to step into roles where there were challenges threatening to delay client delivery dates. Olmstead professionals with deep domain expertise, combined with their management capabilities quickly brought structure, planning, reporting and metrics to the program, establishing repeatable processes to quickly identify, track and address issues and to mitigate risk.
Olmstead was engaged to complete a gap analysis between data provided in the industry standard client report and the vendor's standard datamart configuration, along with work flows and functional specifications. In addition, our Senior Business Analyst created and executed SQL test scripts used in entity synchronization, data workflow, report generation and end to end testing in validation of the integration.
